WHY BUY CUSTOM FURNITURES?

By ordering custom furniture, you can have what you want; size, color and wood choice,  built to your specifications.  If you have ever looked at furniture in a store showroom and noticed that all colors look the same. That is due to the stain added to the finish to make every piece the same color with the grain hardly showing through. With my custom made furniture, I choose wood that has the desired grain and coloring without having to color the finish coat, which enhances the wood and the beauty of the grains show through or make furniture according to your preference and budget! We can offer a degree of flexibility and attention to detail not commonly found in larger shops.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MADE TO ORDER PIECES

We value quality over quantity. We make sure that the items you order were made carefully and thoroughly. 

The ETA depends on the item ordered, and quantity of our pending orders.

For the ready designs found on our website, we commit 15 to 25 days for completion. 

For customized, you will receive a final quote with estimated time of completion upon final discussion. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments thru Bank Deposits.
It can be made by Cash or Check.
Check must be cleared to start processing orders.
Paypal with additional transaction fee is also accepted 
Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)

HOW WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

We have a network of blanket-wrap furniture  movers available  for  delivery and set up service. Shipping costs vary widely, please ask for a quote .

For small items like clothing we ship thru Abest, Lbc, Xend, Dhl, Fedex, Ems, Lalamove etc. 

HOW DO I ORDER?

You may choose from our ready design or E-mail me at tlmkmerchandise@gmail.com to order pieces you designed personally or adjust design according to your preference.

For Custom Pieces:  e-mail us a sketch and  we can work with you in creating a custom design to fit your specific needs.

A deposit of 50% is required to be put on the workshop schedule. After I receive the deposit, if drawings and finish samples are needed, they can be provided at this time.  The delivery fee unless specified as FREE should be settled before the schedule of delivery.  Final payment should be paid upon receipt of the item.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our aim is to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! 

We deliver on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 10AM - 5PM so if we won't be catching you at those times, please leave an authorization letter and ID with whoever else will be around to receive your package.

Count down the days until you receive your package – starting from when you placed your order.

Our main courier is Abest. Please Note that we may use others like Jrs, Lbc, 2Go etc. 

Shipping Fees will be added automatically upon check-out.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Return, Replacement, Refund & Exchange is only allowed for incorrect or defective items.

Please read the product description to avoid confusion about the materials, sizes and other related information about the products.

For Cosmetics and skincare, please be aware that all items were not expired and will expire in 1+++ years. Picture of expiration date is included in the product gallery.
